Barodian Advertising is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our clients. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, aligned with their business goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify target audiences, key trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage and analyze website performance using web analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, including ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, engage with customers, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as graphic designers, developers, and vendors, to create and deliver high-quality digital marketing assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies into client campaigns.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to clients, showcasing campaign results and insights.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, increase conversions, and achieve client goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 1-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
